Would anyone have coil pinout for Volvo T5 coil-on-plug?
Volvo part number is 30713416 (Bosch number is 0 221 604 001).

What kind of dwell time is good for these?

Are these triggered on -ve or +ve edge?

I have every wiring diagram for all Volvos from 1994 to 2008 in pdf. I just need to know what year and engine spec it is.

Here is the ECU wiring for coils, regarding the trigger edge I assume it must be - Ve Dwel, since the Volvo has low signal when igntion on. This is Turbo but not the R-version.

Thanks for schematics!

Our pinout was correct, but also coil body needs to be grounded.

Is these coils powerful?like the ls1 coils from the gm cars?is it with inbuildt ignitors or du it need a module .alot of questons but i realy love to find anything that works fine on high power e85 engines that dont require ign cables, and if posiible no modules

The T5 coils has built in module, I have seen it workin gfine at 500 hp and E85 but do not the power with E85.

The 960 coils is denso and has no module and they can be used with CDI if requered.

We will have two S40/V40 T4's with these coils. I will report you how much power we will get from these.
Good thing is that they are direct fit to the cylinder head.

Nothing to report about the coils yet. Other technical issues...

These coils seems to be all right. Today the other of these V40 1,9 litre Volvos gave 399,9kW @ 7500 rpm and 530Nm @ 6200rpm, both @1,95bar boost. Driven with 98E pump fuel. Will see how it runs with 85E..
