I am just setting up the ALS on an Evo 8 SMC PNP 1.99. I have only dealt with SM2 and SM4 ALS where an input is selected for switch with a throttle bypass or solonoid to bypass air. The stock IAC valve won't bypass air and the als doesn't switch on when pin D21 is grounded. I've tried different mode flags in Mode 7, both for switched ALS or automatic. Does anyone have the correct parameters for the AUX Output. Also, there is no place to select which switched input to use. Any help would be greatly appriciated. Thanks!

On Evo8 pin D9 would be the switch input (D21 is W/Spray switch)

Thanks Ian, it is still not working unfortunately. I have included the Cal file. I'm sure there is something simple we haven't done correctly.

Did you just cut in to the wire as it will need to go to earth to make it work, I have a US market evo here that runs it this way and it works correctly.

Your als will now work, All you need to do is tweak it to your spec.

Mark,
Pin 9 is now switched to ground. I'm assuming the stepper function has to be activated, is it normal direction or reversed? Thanks for the quick response!

Mark, that information was for my Evo. Thanks a lot. It worked like a charm.
Thanks also to Ian for the pin information.
