Just realized that my tuner has used Denso # 2325074090 in the settings but injector is actually a Denso with Toyota # 23209-42010. Does this matter?

I depends on how close the dead times are matched as well as other parameters..The injector you have,23209-42010 is not on the list. To have it put on the list/get the calibration data you would need to send an injector to Autronic. The turnaround time for injector testing is highly variable.

Both are from celica 3SGTE applications but from different model years. So I guess they would be different.
A 23209-42010 is also known as 23250-42010
A 23250-74090 is also known as 23209-79015
Does these #s mean anything to anyone ??
What effect does not having proper# in program have?

They should both be 440cc injectors one from st185/gen2 mr2 turbo one from st165. Both side-feed low impedance. The later 550cc st205 injector selection should work fine, and I'm fairly certain it's in the software already.

Could I get AEM to "spec the injector & then send that info to have Autronic add it to the injector list?
If not, who, what, when & how would I get this injector added to the list

Refer to post number 2.Also if it is a side feed injector you may need to send a rail, I would send a rail with four injectors in it, at least one of them serviced.

I need to correct my previous post. The ST165 injectors (23209‑42010) are TOP FEED, and 3 Ohm resistance.

injector is a top feed. So sending just one is good enough? Where do I send it. Time on turn around indicates vaiable time frame, ballpark figure?

The injector should to Autronic (preferable thru a dealer) in Melbourne, Australia. And it can take a week or more depending on the workload Richard has. Best is to find extra injectors (Best to ship at least two if they are used!) and ship them, so you not need to wait for them.

They are brand new from Toyota.
So I should talk with my dealer to arrange shipping ?
