Hi,
Just bought a car with an autronic sm4 in it. I was tidying up some wires (heatshrink and solder instead of twist and tape) and now the car will not start. There is no fuel or spark at all. I can't hear the fuel pump either so it is like the ecu is not doing anything. When I hit the start button it still cranks over so the starter fuse and relay are still good.
I have checked and there is still power in the main red power wire at the SM4 end. Any ideas on what to check next?
