Hi.
My car is a 1986 Mercedes 190E 2.3-16 that i have owned since 2004. The car is street drivable and is insured, taxed and has been at the MOT(Besiktning as we call it in Sweden). It is almost approved there, just two remarks: engine altered and malfunctional ABS light. Im going to fix those remarks soon.
The car has been built in many steps during the years, from 250hp size turbo to now around 950hp turbo.
In the last step I have reworked almost everything that is engine related.

71mm Turbo and 42mm manifold
3.5” stainless exhaust
Heavy intercooler
48mm ITB manifold
CNC and hand ported head ≈290CFM@12mm
Mild cams
Autronic SM4
Autronic 500R with MSD 8230 coils

The car is adjusted by me on the street with TPS for fuel and MAP for ignition and is now working great.
I have never been on a dyno with the car, but probably we will run it in a rotortest hub dyno after this season. Estimated wheel horsepower should be 700-750WHP at 2.2bar boost . The 1600 injectors duty cycle is at 93% with 4bar base pressure. This is not the problem now, the problem is to get the car to hook up in the start.

Best time this far is:

402m: 10.182@235.66km/h(146.5Mph); 201m: 6.805@183.23km/h 1.77s 60ft.

This time gave me the second place in RWD with turbo in a event called Action Meet in Mantorp Park in Sweden . The class im driving is with standard body cars with unmodified wheel housings and with standard rear end configuration.

Things to do:

I must get the clutch to be more repeatable to get eaven good times without wheel slip. I also am going to work to loosen the suspension up in the rear, it is really stiff now, so the tires lets go easily.
During this weekends competition I have logged the wheel speed, and the best run was of course the one without wheel slip. But that is hard to get with a 4puck clutch. Hopefully i will work it out.
I am also going to try the flat shift function to save some time and reduce lag.

Of course i managed to overwright the log file of the best run, but I have one with wheelslip in first gear to share if anyone is interested. I also attach the first runs log file with low boost.
