when i drive for exemple in town the engine hacks(jumps) and lambda goes to 1.40 -very lean! this is when trottle is open about 5-10% when i accelerate the engine goes perfect!!

Well it is not much to go on here...... we need more info about your engine and your cal file would help.

bmw m50 2.8L 1600cc injectors,alu manifold,turbo, 8.0 komp fuel=E85
On fifth year i runs perfekt as it was mapped on (autotune)

It seems strange, I would take it to a experianced tuner. Where do you live?
It can be a trigger interferance problem or other since the rpm is so unstadey. It could aslo be caused by missfiring.
