The manual (SM4) states that the maximum output voltage is 4,7v at full throttle,..mine is 4,9volts and is apparently fine with no dead spots or whatever. No errors, just a warning.
Will this be a problem?

If the firmware is not v1.09 then the ECU will be very close to detecting a TPS error because it will think 4.9v is a short circuit to the 5v supply line.
If you have an SM4 with firmware v1.09 you can set the TPS Error detect limits so you won't have a problem. But it would be a good idea to move the TPS a bit if you can.
