Anyone know if Autronic supports the multi trigger (4trigger) 1.8t Cam Position sensors yet? From what I remember, DBW 1.8ts with VVT have a 4trigger cam position wheel and require the older AEB (single trigger) cps wheel to work with Autronic. Wondering if they have changed that recently?
Thanks.

If your engine is 4 cyl (probably with 1.8 L) Autronic support 1, 2 or 4 evenly space teeth at cam. But you will still require 1 tooth for sync, do you have this also? Else it may be easier to change to one tooth and use it both for cam & sync.
Ian correct me if I am wrong here:o

I have always used the single tooth cam sensor with 1.8t.
If you dont' have it just get one from older 1.8t and swap it.

Hello Andrew.
The 1.8t with the one window cam wheel is the engine code AEB. ~1998.
You can use a 4 window wheel, you just have to cut it down to one "tooth"

Hey Kevin, hope everything is working out :)
I'm a lazy person at heart so I didn't want to bother changing the wheel, but I guess I have to. I actually have the AEB wheel already somewhere in the trashcan you can call my trunk.
